What We Collect
When you request the free letter kit or book a coaching call, we collect: your first name, your email address, and (optionally) your timeshare developer or resort name. If you book a coaching call, we may also collect a phone number.
Why We Collect It
- Name and email: to deliver the letter kit, your purchased course access, and our email sequence.
- Developer/resort name: so a coach can give you resort-specific guidance if you request a callback. This field is optional.
- Phone number (coaching only): to schedule and conduct your call.
How Long We Keep It
We retain your information for as long as you remain subscribed or have an active purchase, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that operate our email delivery, payment processing, and scheduling tools, solely to provide those services to you.
Your Rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the one-click link in any message. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, email info@ownerservicesllc.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
